Big Opening for 2017-18 Season!

Near perfect start to the 2017-18 Season, with a little rain putting a slight dampener on the day, but it didn’t lessen the appetite for the start of the sailing season.

The Tasmanian Outdoor Boat and Caravan Show organised by Tamar Yacht Club is on Friday 8th Saturday 9th Sunday 10thSeptember, at the Silverdome running from 9am - 5pm Friday and Saturday and 9am - 4pm Sunday.

Jetty Redevelopment Update, Great News!

Dear Members. In follow up from the last advice regarding the applications made for grant funding to redevelop the jetty and pontoon structures, there has been some great progress.

Those frequent users of the Clubs main jetty and pontoons will have noted that we have an ageing facility with some sections of the jetty now closing on 60 years old and showing their age.
