Tacker Program update

We have now reached the half way mark with our pre Xmas Learn to Sail Program.
With 24 participants across the Tacker and Youth courses we have had a busy time at the Club.
Last Sunday started with no wind and the budding sailors learning how to be towed behind a rescue boat before the sea breeze started through around 1100.
They then had their first sail further out into the bay, learning how to heave to, before sailing back to the Club.
Back on shore we had a cap presentation with Tackers team now clearly visible with their red caps complete with Tacker/PDYC embroidery.
