with race entries opening the ORCVs Cyrus Allen is returning with his Beneteau 50 White Spirit and Paul Roberts Jones 42 Cadibarra were the first entries for the 2026 race, followed closely by the entry of PDYCs Nick McElwee with the Hick 35 Honey Pot.
We are into our third DF65 race session and have so far have had twenty-five people contesting DF65 races during the season and presently as we roll into week two of race session three there have been 42 races sailed.
2026 is also a significant year for the Bokprint crew as they relocate from their site of 40 years, around to 145-147 Wellington Street, (old Nuts and Bolts store for those that remember) so look them up in their new location for all your graphic design and printing needs.
Week one of the Tamar Marine Two Handed Series saw some super close racing on the water and in corrected results Greg Rowsell and Malcolm Stevens have got Maeve II into a solid position with two wins, but the next three places are covered by 2 points, so the top five prize placings are still wide open.
There will be plenty of wind, so no drifting match for week one, could be the ideal opportunity for a non spinnaker entry, option is there, go YES on the entry form!
