The Draft 2024-25 Sailing Program is live on the PDYC web page, the sailing program has had a big revamp this season with all the popular series and regattas back and ready for another fantastic sailing season.

PDYC Annual General Meeting Season 2023-24

The 72nd Annual General Meeting saw the reporting of an extremely successful year of the Club and historically the proposing of three new life Members and the unveiling of a PDYC 50-year membership honour board.

Bokprint Winter series went down to the wire

The Bokprint Winter series went down to the wire, with the last race deciding the series across divisions 1 and 2, with two new names taking their place with the past 46 winners on the Winter Series trophy.

EnviroSlip Official Opening

The EnviroSlip is officially open, wow what a day Saturday was with the commemorative Opening plaque unveiled by Michael Ferguson - Deputy Premier, Helen Polley - Senator for Tasmania and Christina Holmdahl - WTC Mayor, thank you to all levels of government for their support of the EnviroSlip Project.

Another big busy week, and the EnviroSlip is taking on its final shape and looking amazing, lots of new seal in Kemps Parade finishing off those works, big thank you to West Tamar Council for their assistance with those works.

Concrete works are complete on the new east slip bays 13-17, we can now really see the form of the new graded slabs, that will direct wash down and bottom preparation works to the capture pits.

MAST audit information

As Many mooring owners would be aware Marine and Safety Tasmania (MAST) recently conducted an audit on the Tamar River with several vessels within the Club controlled mooring area receiving a pink sticker.

Lots of concrete and moving to completion at pace is the weekly wrap, the Kemps Parade kerb is complete and the first of the capture pit slabs have been poured on the east slip bays 13-17
