It's Club Championship time!

It's Club Championship time, with the Harken Club Pennant for Divisions 1 and 2 and the Beams Brothers, Club Championship, for the dinghy fleets, commencing on Sunday. Huge thank you to Harken Australia and Beams Brothers Pty Ltd, for their fantastic ongoing support. 

Sunday Season Opening

The 2022-23 sailing season gets underway with the Opening Day this Sunday, and the forecast is looking great.

Working Bee this Sunday, 2nd October - 10:00 Start.

our annual pre-season working bee is scheduled for Sunday the 2nd October. Apart from our regular routine clean & touch up jobs, we have some repairs to do on the sea wall, give the rescue boats a spit and polish and buff up the club house for the big summer of sailing.

Beaker Street Festival Celestial Navigation

Jeremy Parker from DSS SailTrain, who ran the Sea Survival course at PDYC a couple of years ago has been invited to give a talk on Celestial Navigation, at the Launceston Planetarium, as a part of the Beaker Street Festival.

PDYC AGM Sunday 17th July 2022

The AGM of members of the Port Dalrymple Yacht Club will be held at the Beauty Point Clubhouse on Sunday 17th July 2022 at 2.30pm.

Sabot Nationals and Sabot Week Report.

Lake Macquarie City Council 58th Sabot National Championship and Paul Stivano Sabot Week, was held 9-12 April 2022 on Lake Macquarie, NSW at Teralba Amateur Sailing Club. annual Sabot event caters for all levels of sailing skill, with kids newer to the sport of sailing participating in Sabot Week, while the more experienced sailors compete for the National Championship.
