It's Think Big Twilight racing time, with the three-race series starting Friday 27th, Think Big Printing, return as the title sponsor for the Think Big Twilights.

Rolled into the Think Big Twilights is our super successful Discover Sailing Nights specifically for those who are new or returning to sailing. A casual race under less pressure where participants will have time to learn new skills and experience the feeling of sailing at one with the wind accompanied by experienced yachties only to keen to share their knowledge.

To this end we need owners and skippers to make them and their boats available to take prospective sailors out for a sail.

Following racing we will adjourn to the club house for Food, Drinks, and entertainment.

A great opportunity to meet some keen new sailors and may be even find some new crew members. All we ask is that you show some great hospitality, be considerate of their inexperience and fears and preferably be available for the series.

The format for the 2023 Think Big twilight, is non spinnaker, relaxed sailing, ideal for getting friends, family, work mates on-board, to enjoy our sport and have some fun on the water. 

The series commence on Friday 27th October, we then skip the long weekend, with Race 2 is on Friday 10th November, with another skip Friday for the Inshores, then the five-race series runs every Friday till the 8th December. 

Same as the midweek series, racing will get under way from staggered starts. The first of the Div 2 starts is at 6:10, with the next Div 2 boats away at 6:20, followed by the faster trailables and keel boats at 6:30, with the rest of the Division 1 entrants starting at 6:40. Check the PDYC - TYC handicap list for your start time.
