Thank You Volunteers!

Port Dalrymple Yacht Club on behalf of the Flag Officers and all members of Port Dalrymple Yacht Club, I would like to thank and show appreciation of all the volunteers that provide so much assistance to our Club and Sport.

The many dedicated members who have worked tirelessly over the past twelve months and more renewing our over water infrastructure, the "Tackers Team" who have provided an exceptional opportunity to so many newcomers to the Club and the sport of sailing, the members who have stepped in to provide the support needed to conduct the packed program of events, and of course the members and partners who have resourced the house activities in our great clubhouse and surrounds.

This contribution is what earned our club the honour of Club of the Year at the 2018 Australian Sailing - Tasmania and continues to keep our club strong.

Whilst we may not be an SES unit or a Volunteer Fire Brigade we are a proud club serviced by Volunteers and so in Volunteer week give yourselves and each other a pat on the back
