PDYC Sailors Making Their Mark at Hamilton Island Race Week ⛵️

PDYC is proud to see three of our members competing at Hamilton Island Race Week 2025 – one of Australia’s premier sailing events.

After Race #3, our sailors are helping their crews to strong results across multiple divisions:

Stratacare racing Flyaway Paul – currently sitting 5th in Division 2 IRC, with Josh Jones on board.
Avalanche – holding 4th place in the Multihull White Fleet, with Callum Cecil.
Thylacine One – placed 8th in the Non-Spinnaker Division, with Glen Myler.

It’s fantastic to see our members competing at such a high level with 155 boats taking to the water.

PDYC members are showcasing the talent within our club. We’ll be keeping a close eye on the results as the regatta continues.
