Annual General Meeting
The AGM of members of the Port Dalrymple Yacht Club will be held at the Beauty Point Clubhouse on Sunday 16th July 2023 at 1.00pm.
(Please note the change of time to 1.00pm from the usual 2.30pm)
Agenda items are:
1. Confirm Minutes of the last Annual General Meeting.
2. Receive Reports.
3. Elect Office Bearers.
4. Set Fees for 2023/24.
Any other business properly brought forward.
In accordance with the Constitution nominations are called for the following Office Bearers:
One-year terms:
Commodore
Vice-Commodore
Rear Commodore
Two-year terms:
4 x General Committee persons
Nominations for Office Bearers utilising the nomination form available via the link below are to be lodged by Saturday 8th July 2023 either with the Club Treasurer, David Shepherd or by email to: treasurer@pdyc.org.au
