The AGM of members of the Port Dalrymple Yacht Club will be held at the Beauty Point Clubhouse on Sunday 19th July 2026 at 2.30pm.

Agenda items are:
1 Confirm Minutes of the last Annual General Meeting
2 Receive Reports
3 Elect Office Bearers
4 Set Fees for 2026/27
5 Special Business – Amendment of the Club Constitution
6 Any other business properly brought forward

In accordance with the Constitution nominations are called for the following Office Bearers:

One-year terms:
Commodore
Vice-Commodore
Rear Commodore

Two-year terms:
4 x General Committee persons

Nominations for Office Bearers utilising the nomination form available via the link below are to be lodged by Saturday 11th July 2026 either with the Club Office or by email to: treasurer@office.org.au
