Dear Member,
The PDYC Annual General Meeting for the 2019-2020 season is scheduled for Sunday the 19th July at 14:30hrs, and will go ahead as planned.
The Clubroom is being brought up to speed with the current Work Place Safety Regulations so we are on track to hold a meeting with a gathering of socially distanced people on the day.
- however please note given the restrictions, there will be no afternoon tea served.
Attached is the Committee and Flag Officer Nomination Form for the 2020-21 season, current Commodore Stephen McElwee will be stepping down from his position after the AGM and we thank him for all his time and valuable contributions during his time as commodore.
Nominations close Sunday 12th July.
Annual Dinner and prize-giving
Given the Covid-19 restrictions the format and date for our Annual Dinner and prize-giving are still to be finalised, it will, however, be later in the year and will be reviewed at the next committee meeting.
