Annual General Meeting
The AGM of members of the Port Dalrymple Yacht Club will be held at the Beauty Point Clubhouse on Sunday 21st July 2024 at 2:30pm.
(Please note the AGM date in the program is incorrect the AGM is Sunday 21st July 2024)
Agenda items are:
1. Confirm Minutes of the last Annual General Meeting.
2. Receive Reports.
3. Elect Office Bearers.
4. Set Fees for 2024/25.
5. Appointment of Auditor.
6. Election of Life Members
7. Unveiling of "50 Year Member Board"
Any other business properly brought forward.
In accordance with the Constitution nominations are called for the following Office Bearers:
One-year terms:
Commodore
Vice-Commodore
Rear Commodore
Two-year terms:
4 x General Committee persons
Nominations for Office Bearers utilising the nomination form available via the link below are to be lodged by Saturday 13th July 2024 either with the Club Treasurer, David Shepherd or by email to: treasurer@pdyc.org.au
