Annual General Meeting
The AGM of members of the Port Dalrymple Yacht Club will be held at the Beauty Point Clubhouse on Sunday 18th July 2021 at 2.30pm.
Agenda items are:
1 To confirm Minutes of the last Annual General Meeting
2 To receive Reports
3 To elect Office Bearers
4 To set Fees for 2021/22
5 Any other business properly brought forward
I accordance with the Constitution nominations are called for the following Office Bearers:
One year terms:
Commodore
Vice-Commodore
Rear Commodore
Two year terms:
4 x General Committee persons
Nominations for Office Bearers utiling the nomination form available via the link below are to be lodged by Saturday 10th July 2021
