NS14 National Champions Nick & Brianna McElwee

Port Dalrymple Yacht Club has two new National Champions with Nick and Brianna McElwee being the crowned the new NS14 National Champions at the Largs Bay Sailing Club in Adelaide over the Christmas New Year period, congratulations from all the PDYC membership to Nick and Brianna, another McElwee name to be entered onto the Club achievement board!
Sam and Lindy Bailey had a strong regatta finishing sixteenth in Arctic on the championship and took a great third on Handicap, Barry and Magnus McIndoe sailed Magic and Loss to twentieth in the championship and fourteenth on handicap.
In the Sabot Nationals Ellen Hillcoat was the second placed Tasmanian placing thirtieth in the forty seven boat fleet.
In the West Coast M2H Peter Brooks, sailing in the two-handed division, with Jo Breen on Morning Star, had a tough rounding of southern Tasmania, to take seventh place on the PHS division for the whole fleet and a solid fourth in the PHS two handed division. A great work up for the fourth coming Melbourne Osaka race in March.
The PDYC crew on Whistler had a very comfortable L2H debut taking twentieth place in PHS division.
