New sponsors and new race, exciting weekend coming!

Tempting fate and touching wood as I type, but we may be in for some lighter winds for the coming weekend, as we prepare for another exciting weekend of sailing. We are especially excited to have another group of new sponsors supporting the Clubs racing program.
Friday night we are ready to roll with Race two and the first time on the water, for the Sub41 Pty Ltd Twilight series at PDYC. Racing get under from 18:10 with thee starts sequences, check the updated Club Handicap listing to see your nominated start time. Post racing join us for a BBQ dinner at the Club.
Rolling into Sunday we have the Swinging Gate Vineyard and Cellar Door Pursuit race, kicking off from PDYC with some amazing bottles of Swinging Gate on the line. The first boat/s will head off at 1300 from PD, with nominated start times for the chasing fleet, we will see how tight the finish is, to decide the pursuit race placing's.
After a tough start to the seasons dinghy fleet Trophy race last Sunday with no finishers, we are back again for Swirlz Sabot Trophy Race two this Sunday, so get ready for another fun day on the water! with some Swirlz gift vouchers up for grabs for our junior sailors. We welcome Cripps bakery back as sponsors of the season long the District Dinghy Trophy Races and look forward to a great fleet getting on the water for the second attempt to get the dinghy classes trophy races underway.
