Fitness Sessions at PDYC - Morning Madness Moves

Just the basics designed to get you awake and moving!

This well-paced fitness class will work you from head to toe!!!

Aerobic work will get your heart pumping, strength training will move your muscles, and stretching will improve flexibility.

Spend some time with us and work on your aerobic fitness, overall strength and flexibility! This class will take you through the basics of stretching which will leave your body moving with a stronger range of motion. So, get ready to spend some time to improve your overall fitness and catch up with your friends after that for Coffee & Morning tea / brunch.
