M341-23(T) Port of Launceston - Inspection Head Wharf - Pile Driving Works

Pile driving works currently being undertaken on the eastern (outer) face of Inspection Head Wharf will continue until Tuesday, 31 October 2023.

Mooring blocks will be laid approximately 30m to the seaward side of the wharf face. A mooring buoy attached to each block will indicate the mooring blocks. The buoys will be lit by night with a yellow flashing light. Mooring wires will run below the water from KULANDA to the mooring blocks.

Vessels are requested to transit at low speed to avoid excessive wash and not transit between KULANDA and the mooring buoys.
