Getting Volunteer Ready

We all know that our club relies on its volunteers, and it appears from the outside that it is a well-oiled machine that just ticks along. Our club can do better and in so doing assure its future with more members pitching in. We are all sailors and have some boating and most likely some racing experience. To give members confidence in taking on volunteering roles the club is putting on some introduction sessions to two of our key needs; running races and jumping in a rescue boat.

No previous experience necessary, totally informal, no exams or tests. One session or both your choice, but a great way to learn how it all works
