Entries open for Shakedown 2022

Shakedown Series 2022 will be the first event of the PDYC 2022-23 sailing season, building on 2021, with the event has securing its place as the season opener to the calendar.

This year’s Shakedown Regatta starts Friday September 23rd and runs to Sun 25th.

Program Friday Night Race 1: from Beauty Point to Rosevears.

Saturday Afternoon Race 2: Round the Cans race at Rosevears.

Sunday Morning Race 3: Race from Rosevears to Deviot.

Eligibility The series is open to all keel and trailerable boats registered with any Australian Sailing affiliated yacht club, which satisfy the safety regulations set down for the series, Special Regulations 2021-2024 Cat 5N, however the organising authority, the Port Dalrymple Yacht Club, reserves the right to refuse or reject any entry.

Entries can be made on the PDYC web page 2022 Shakedown, along with the Notice of Race, Crew form and Safety Forms.

Minimum Crew Numbers 3 persons for Race 1 and 2 persons for Races 2 & 3
