Day Three B14 Worlds

Day three of the 'Tamar Cove Motel & CST Composits B14 World Championsips' was sailind in the top end of the classes wind range with race five having a maximum of 27 knots and averaging 17.8 knots. Race six of the series was started, but the wind tripped the 30 knot class limit as the leaders rounded the top mark for the run home so racing was abandoned for the day.

Nick Craig and Toby Lewis of the UK continued their great form, taking another win in race five they now lead the series on four points with a discard applied. Craig Garmston and Nick Darlow from McCrae took Secong with Guy Bancroft and Louis Chapman third.

Ian and David Cunningham had a DNF in Race five but are still hanging onto second place on ten points, with Kingston Beach's Robbie Hunt and Ben Price still third on ten points after discarding a fourth in race five.

Results

Racing continues Friday through to Saturday with a another five races in the series.
