Club Championships Kicks Off!

The season is open and we are into the major Club Championships for the 2017-18 season with the Club Championship for the dinghy classes and the Harken Club Pennant for Division 1 and 2.

The ten race Club Championship for dinghies will see the return of B14s to the PDYC race course, jointing the Clubs strong fleet of NS14s and Sabots for their season long Championship, with the first of the double headers being sailed this Sunday followed by races 3 and 4 on Sunday 29th October.

We welcome Harken back for their third season as sponsors of the Div 1-2 Points Series, with race one Sunday and race two in the point’s series to be sailed on Sunday 29 October. The courses for the Harken Club Pennant will be longer distance races around 3 hours and out of the bay where possible, with separate courses for both division 1 and 2.
