Clean up Australia Event Tamar Waterways

The annual PDYC Clean up Australia Event Tamar Waterways will be held this Saturday 2nd March run from the Club from 09:30 to 12:30. This will be a great opportunity for members to contribute towards looking after our environment and also what is the local playing field for our sport.

All volunteers will be required to register on arrival (pre-registration can be done via the below QR CODE) registration will be followed by a briefing on the plan for the day. As in past years, participants will be ferried by boat to locations in the bay and then collected later for return to the club.

Please pre-register, if possible, to allow the club to confirm numbers for boats and the BBQ

Appropriate clothing will depend on the weather conditions on the day but will include stout footwear/boots suitable for getting wet, warm and/or sun protective clothing, wet weather gear, hat, sunscreen, gloves, and PFD. A supply of gloves and PFD's will also be available.

The morning will finish with a complimentary sausage sizzle.
