Another classic CNW Mid Week Series

The CNW Mid-Week Series wound up on Wednesday, with classic mid-week conditions, a light northerly to roundout the series nicely for the 2023 edition of the long running PDYC series.
Seventeen boats contested the series with 5 different winners over the 6 weeks, Rob Mantach and crew sailed the Davidson 34 Chutzpah to the win on 18 points, chased closely by the series long match racing SB20s.
Second by two points fell to David Shepherd at the helm of Honcho on 25 points, with TYCs Bill Rostran taking third in Persian Princess on 27 points. The closeness of the competition during the series was shown by third to seventh place, being separated by only 2 points.
Huge thank you to CNW Eletrical Wholsaler's for their ongoing support and all the volunteers that officiated, kept the crews feed and ran the bar over the over the series.
