With the 2021 section of the season completed, we have amazing news, with the release of the NOR for the Rivers most popular series, starting on Wednesday 12th January. 

Port Dalrymple Yacht Club are extremely happy to have CNW Electrical Wholesale, back as naming sponsor for the sixth year of the CNW Mid-Week Series. Along with CNW, we are excited to announce that the Guerrilla Espresso Bar will jointly sponsor the series with CNW, for a total prize pool of over $3000.00 for 2022. Huge thank you to Justin and Damon for their support of this iconic series.

Prize Money for the series will run from first to fifth, for the individual races with $400.00 allocated to each race. For the overall CNW Mid-Week Series there is a pool of $1100.00, spread from first to sixth place.

On top of the handicap result prizes, each week a random entrant draw will take place, for $50 cash (1st, 2nd, & 3rd weekly place getters will not be eligible, and the winner must be present or there will be a re-drawn.)

The Six race series commences on Wednesday January 12th, as always racing will be from staggered starts, with the first start at 6:10 to make sure all entrants get to enjoy the post racing BBQ and drink (with a CNW cooler), the next boats are away at 6:20, followed by the faster trailables and keel boats at 6:30, with final entrants starting at 6:40.

Racing on all evenings will be followed by a meal at the Club. (Skippers please note approximate numbers of crew attending meals when you pick up your course sheet.

With twenty-nine entrants contesting the 2020-2021 series, we should be guaranteed a bumper fleet in 2022, so get your crews organized to enjoy a PDYC January tradition, celebrating its 38th year, racing is weekly through to February 16th.
