The Annual General Meeting of members of the Port Dalrymple Yacht Club will be held at the Beauty Point Clubhouse on Sunday 20th July 2025 at 2:30pm.

Confirm Minutes of the last Annual General Meeting
Receive Reports
Elect Office Bearers
Set Fees for 2025/26
Appointment of Auditor
Any other business properly brought forward

In accordance with the Constitution nominations are called for the following Office Bearers:

One-year terms:

Commodore
Vice-Commodore
Rear Commodore

Two-year terms:

4 x General Committee persons

One-year term:

1x General Committee person
